"Not safe here" mark on Google Maps

A function that allows people to mark spots on Google Maps that this location is "not safe" e.g. for females because it's a very dark and unfriendly area in the night; for people that need a wheelchair to indicate that no lift or elevator stairs are available; for the LGBTQIA+ community to indicate that discrimination happened there (often). Different parameters like target groups, issues and level of danger etc. should be visible in the mark info to assess/evaluate the situation in more detail.
